For 18 years, we have contributed to the quality of public education in Brazil, which is why we maintain a partnership with the Ayrton Senna Institute. Since then, the royalties earned from licensing the Senninha brand are used to expand opportunities for children and youth through education. Our partnership has been expanded after several years and today our company works directly on the organization’s educational solutions. In 2016 alone, more than 200,000 children and youth were benefited.
The programs supported aim to close learning gaps and age-grade distortions in São Mateus, Espírito Santo and to promote the exchange of good practices in teaching and educational management among municipal governments through the project Rede de Gestores and the program SuperAção Jovem in public school system of São Paulo state.
The program SuperAção Jovem works to develop the potential of students in the sixth to ninth grades through full-time education that prepares them for the challenges of the 21st century. “Suzano is one of our longest-standing partners. The line Suzano Report Senninha® can be found in leading office supply and supermarket chains in the colors yellow, blue, pink, green and white, in A4 size. The 100-sheet packages feature the character Senninha, which was inspired by Brazilian Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna.
