As of 2006, we adopted the basic requirements and criteria of the National Foundation of Quality (FNQ) management model as a reference for our Strategic Planning.

The model values the organizational learning process, the establishment of plans and the definition of means to achieve them. The planning process is based on the strategic guidelines defined by the company’s senior management and uses a horizon of ten years.
