Suzano elected one of Brazil’s 50 most loved companies by “Love Mondays”

Suzano is among Brazil’s 50 most loved companies, according to a ranking compiled by “Love Mondays”, a platform that gathers spontaneous and anonymous feedback from employees about their professional satisfaction with the companies where they work. Elected to the ranking for the second time, Suzano earned an Overall Satisfaction score of 4.15 on a scale of 1 to 5.

The ranking considers the opinions of current and former employees of more than 153,000 companies across Brazil. The position in the survey is determined according to the overall satisfaction score indicated by employees based on four criteria: quality of life, career opportunities, corporate culture, and compensation and benefits.Suzano was evaluated 101 times and stood out especially in the Compensation and Benefits (score of 4.19) and Corporate Culture (4.01) categories.

“Love Mondays” also analyzes the percentage of people who would recommend the company they work for to a friend. In the case of Suzano, this percentage stood at 93%.

“This recognition reflects the importance our employees place on the care we have with people. We will endeavor to improve further, now in this new Suzano, where growth and innovation opportunities will be even greater,” said Christian Orglmeister, Chief Strategy, People,Communication, IT and Digital Officer at Suzano.

On January 14, Suzano Papel e Celulose concluded the merger of operations with Fibria, announced in March 2018 and which resulted in the creation of Suzano, the company’s new brand.

The “Love Mondays 50 Most Loved” Ranking evaluates the spontaneous opinions of employees and, to prepare this edition of the survey, it considered all companies that received more than 50 spontaneous ratings between January 1 and November 30, 2018.
