Suzano’s Junior Executives is a career acceleration and development program for individuals who want to renew their professional lives. The initiative is open to people from different fields who share our desire to plant a better future. The selection process takes place once a year, usually in the first semester.

Junior Executives is not a program individuals can apply to. Our team actively searches for professionals with a profile that aligns with current needs.

Contact

Contact with candidates is made through headhunters and recruiting firms.

Skills

Desirable skills include learning agility and openness to trying new things.

Requirements

You must have at least 5 years of work experience and a completed or nearly completed postgraduate degree/MBA. We accept all degrees, which vary according to the company's needs. In some positions, global exposure requires fluency in English.

Development

The program has a robust and differentiated development path, boosting new skills and providing opportunities to explore diverse areas, projects, and solve challenges related to topics with a direct impact on our business.

Program Duration

The program lasts one year and, at the end, candidates can be assigned to positions of specialists (consultants) or coordinators.

Structured knowledge

This is the program’s self-development pillar, which includes:
- Institutional onboarding
- Behavioral and digital training, including topics such as change management, project management and people development
- Identification of personality profiles using the DISC assessment

Learning from people

This pillar focuses on the development of leadership skills that Suzano considers essential and includes:
- Buddies: employees that support new Junior Executives during their first days at Suzano
- Sponsorship: opportunity to share challenges and solutions with our management team
- Coaching: guidance on next career steps
- Exchange: opportunity to exchange knowledge with other participants

Getting to work

This pillar supports the development of people and project leadership, including:
