Suzano, the world's largest producer of market pulp and a global reference in the manufacture of bioproducts developed from the cultivation of eucalyptus, in partnership with the Municipality of Ribas do Rio Pardo (MS) and the National Service of Industrial Learning (Senai), opened 40 new vacancies for vocational courses in the municipality, where it builds its new factory. The training is directly linked to one of the company's long-term goals, which is to reduce social inequalities and lift more than 200,000 families out of the poverty line in its areas of operation by 2030.
The courses on Fundamentals of Suspension, Brakes and Driving and Fundamentals of Residential Repairs, which have 20 vacancies each, start on September 4th with classes taught at night. To participate, candidates must be at least 16 years old and have completed the fifth year (4th grade) of elementary school. Entries for this phase go until August 31st and must be made only at the Social Assistance Reference Center (CRAS) Central de Ribas do Rio Pardo, located at Rua José Coletto Garcia, n. 1430, from 7 am to 11 am and from 1 pm to 5 pm.

Second half
By the end of this year, 40 new professional qualification opportunities will be offered, distributed among the following courses: Ceramic Tile Preparation Principles; Basic Motorcycle Mechanics. Taking into account ongoing courses and open opportunities, there will be 160 professional qualification vacancies in Ribas do Rio Pardo throughout 2023.
With the opening of these classes, Suzano's initiatives reach 180 openings this August alone. In the last week, the company opened 140 vacancies for courses to strengthen the service sector in the city in actions that have the partnership of the National Commercial Learning Service (Senac).
