One opportunity is exclusively open to women for a job as Forestry Logistics Coordinator. To participate in the selection process, interested women must meet the following requirements: have a college degree; be available to work in person in Três Lagoas, in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul; and have experience in Forestry or Agribusiness Logistics. Another selection process is for the role of Assistant Operator of the Wood Preparation Area. The requirements are: have a high school degree; have technical knowledge in chemistry and/or pulp, mechanics, electric systems, automation, instrumentation, production or similar; and have IT knowledge (Office and SAP). The third open position is for a job as Maintenance Supervisor II. The requirements to participate are: have a college or technical degree, preferably in Electric, Electronic, Mechanic, Mechatronic, Automation, Civil or Production Engineering or similar; have intermediate experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on wood yard; and have people management experience.
